Do you have a go-to item when time is a crunch? Planning ahead, even for the too-busy-to-cook times keeps me on plan and there are no temptations -- except for being tempted to spend all my time with this sweetie!!

I was really tuned into the chicken, until I saw that adorable sweetie. Then thoughts of chicken just left my head :)
Baby is darling, but Sam's chicken is also one of MY go-to's. It's cheaper and bigger than any other roasted chicken around, and I can get three meals out of it easily! I'm about to go get one today!
I agree! It is my fav fast food also! Enjoy that sweet baby.
I can't remember if I told you that I made your pumpkin pancakes. I loved them!
Oh, what a sweetie you have there. I am smiling seeing that adorable little one :)
Ooh look at that cute baby!! What a sweetheart, Gail! We, too, love the rotisserie chickens, only we get them from Costco. I will need to try the Classico poblano sauce. That sounds tasty and easy. I recently made a stuffed poblano chile dish that I will post . Thanks for sharing all your low carb meals. They are much appreciated.
He sure is a sweetie and I can see why you wouldn't want to miss a second of the time you get to spend with him! I buy the rotisserie chickens from Whole Foods a couple of times a month, and I agree, it's perfect fast food! I like to pare it with a spinach salad.
Visiting from On the Menu Monday.
My husband recently started eating low carb. I'm so happy to find your blog!
Made this over the weekend. Everyone gave big thumbs up. I didn't know roasted poblano alfredo sauce existed. Yum. Thanks for the heads up!
Agreed, a rotisserie chicken is my number one go-to item for so many meals ---- fajitas, quesadillas, salad, or just plain. Love the baby picture! Isn't your Christmas going to be soooo special with that sweet baby!
